According to the Michigan State Police, Kenneth E. Prather, Sr. lives and works just 1.4 miles from two of Grosse Pointe's registered sex offenders. If you swing by Ken's basement office with your child to discuss a family law issue, a registered sex offender is close by. Another registered sex offender lives just 3.8 miles from Mr. Prather.
